After I involved with working life,
then now I only understanding why people telling boss is always naive.
Let's share the thought:-
1) Why do we need to care people don't understand? People in management will not understand us in operation!!
(Boss shouting, why still so many tickets in queue? I don't understand!!)
2) The ticket which breach the service level agreement will be counted to the party who close it. Boss said this is very funny!!
(The engineers previously assigned never work on the ticket, then breach when it is assigned to me. Then shouted at me. Isn't this funny as well?!)
3) Please always update the ticket from time to time. Refresh it!!
(Why seniors don't like to refresh the ticket to see the latest update, and always look at the old status??)
